DIY Foaming Hand Soap with Kangen Water – Gentle, Non-Toxic & Perfect for Sensitive Skin

Published on 8 April 2026 at 10:02

I’ve always had sensitive skin — and over the years I’ve noticed how harsh conventional hand soaps and sanitizers can be. My hands would dry out, inflamed, and sometimes even crack, especially during colder seasons.

What I thought was “clean” turned out to be packed with chemicals and artificial fragrances that my body clearly didn’t agree with.

That’s when I started making my own non-toxic foaming hand soap — and it changed the look and feel of my hands for good.

Why I Choose Kangen Water in My DIY Soap

Instead of using tap water, I now fill my soap dispensers with Kangen Beauty Water (6.0 pH). This slightly acidic water mirrors the skin’s natural pH, making it gentler and more hydrating — perfect for anyone with sensitive skin, little ones included.

During cold and flu season or when I need a little extra protection, I use Kangen Strong Acidic Water (2.5 pH) — known for its sanitizing properties — to give my soap a natural, chemical-free antibacterial boost.

This combination has helped my skin feel softer, cleaner, and most importantly, less irritated. It’s an intentional choice that supports both my health and the environment, all while keeping things simple.
